Job Description

The role is of the HR Business Partner position and includes providing operational support to the unit head in day-to-day HR & Admin matters while administratively reporting to him and functionally reporting to Admin/HR department head.
• Maintain leave and attendance records.
• Process payroll accurately in coordination with accounts department
• Process contract settlements, final settlements and other employee entitlements
• Handle recruitment, issue offer letters, carry-out employee on-boarding and employee induction.
• Look after welfare of employees and handle staff and labor accommodations.
• Coordinate with PRO for timely renewal of employee visas etc
• Approve admin expenses i.r.o the vehicles like maintenance, fuel , Salik etc and other office expenses
• Handle appraisals for employees
• Create the employee records in HRMS and update the complete data
• Preparation of certificates / salary slips/NOCs etc
• Document management / Passport control
• Handle medical insurance and workmen compensation claims and related employee queries

• Effective implementation of all policies and procedures


Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should have a worked in a HR generalist profile and capable of handling an employee strength of around 200 employees. Should have looked after Administrative functions as well. An exposure in HRMS is an added advantage. Should be well versed with MS Excel.
